I specialize in the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, & Cameron Park Areas. In addition to my bachelor’s degree in business, my Real Estate credentials put me in the top 4% of Realtors nationwide. I am a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Master’s Club and the Council of Residential Specialist. I am Relocation certified, and I especially love working with Seniors as they downsize or transition. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, I subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. I am honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, and treat every purchase or sale as if it were my own. My business has been built 90% on referrals because my clients know that I care about THEIR goals. I grew up with parents who bought and managed rentals, and so as an adult, I started doing the same. This experience gives me a unique perspective that most Real Estate agents do not have. I live in Folsom with my husband Patrick and our dog Riley. In my free time, I enjoy reading, tennis, hiking, hanging out with friends, or attending one of the many local community activities.
